Shipping Risk Agreement
The best way to receive your wine purchase is in person at the winery.  However, if you opt to have your wine shipped, you agree to the risk that the wine might be damaged by the carrier in delivery.  If a product is damaged in shipment, we will work with you to either replace or refund the damaged product and will file a claim with the carrier.  

Our winery package the product in only approved and certified UPS/FedEx shipping containers and is mindful of weather-related risks.  If weather is not ideal for wine shipments, such as in extreme heat or cold, you will be notified by our staff, and together we will coordinate the best alternative time to make the shipment.  You always have the right to cancel your order if this new arranged time is not agreeable.

Order Tracking
Each shipment will have an emailed notice and tracking number sent to the purchaser and/or recipient.   

Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping & Handling charges are noted during the check-out process.

Multiple Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the package and it can not be left in a secure location, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made before the wine is returned to the winery.  Wine orders require an adult signature, so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.

Benefits of Using a Commercial Delivery Address
We strongly encourage you to provide us, whenever possible, with a commercial address for the delivery of your order. Wine orders require the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older.  Photo ID will be required, along with signature, from the carrier at delivery, or shipment will not be delivered.
